Executive Coordinator

External Description:
The Executive Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative support services to Deloitte's Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs). This includes calendar and email management, travel arrangements, time and expense reporting, document creation, meeting coordination, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and emails with discretion and proactivity
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Provide high-quality support in a co-located team environment
- Prepare presentations and documents per Deloitte brand standards
- Act as a liaison with internal teams and external vendors
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver seamless support across multiple leaders
This role requires excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple high-level leaders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or matrixed environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
- High school diploma
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
- A proactive and diplomatic approach to challenges and priorities
