General OT Requirements:

• Candidates must have been actively working within the last 12 months.
• Candidates need to possess a minimum of two years of experience in their preferred industry.
• Candidates must have a complete resume that includes details of previous experience.

Vertical BQ’s:

• 2+ years of experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities

OR

• 2+ years of prior property adjuster experience

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time anywhere in the United States including overnight travel.
• Ability to carry a 50-pound ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on a 1 or 2 story roof is required.
