Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone or digital channels to address inquiries, provide solutions, and promote products/services
• Support claims processing, policy servicing, or sales activities depending on the role (e.g., Auto Claims, Inside Sales, Adjusting)
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or Associate’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or insurance claims
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Relevant licenses or certifications preferred (for adjuster/sales roles)
