Job Title: Medical Secretary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to support healthcare providers and clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating patient communications, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and patient inquiries
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Prepare, organize, and file medical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient correspondence

Qualifications:

Job Title: Patient Coordinator (Junior / Senior)

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area

Job Summary:
We are looking for patient-focused and service-oriented Patient Coordinators to support patient access, scheduling, and care coordination activities. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding scheduling and care-related inquiries
  • Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Assist patients with registration, documentation, and intake processes
  • Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and clinical teams
  • Monitor appointment schedules and ensure timely patient flow
  • Resolve patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Senior-Level Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex patient cases and scheduling requirements
  • Mentor and support junior coordinators
  • Assist with workflow improvements and departmental initiatives

Qualifications:
