Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer and direct incoming calls and patient inquiries

Qualifications:

Job Title: Patient Coordinator (Junior / Senior)

Job Summary:
We are looking for patient-focused and service-oriented Patient Coordinators to support patient access, scheduling, and care coordination activities. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding scheduling and care-related inquiries
- Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
- Assist patients with registration, documentation, and intake processes
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and clinical teams
- Monitor appointment schedules and ensure timely patient flow
- Resolve patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Senior-Level Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage complex patient cases and scheduling requirements
- Mentor and support junior coordinators

Qualifications:
